Just wow!!! Terrible service!!! I just went through the drive through and ordered two coffees and two sandwiches. The coffees... were great but instead of my sandwiches I was given two jelly donuts. Went in yesterday to get a patriots win coffee. The server was very polite and efficient, but the app didn't work; I was charged... full price. He went to speak to the manager and s/he said I must have used the coupon, so I showed the server my cardtransactions and there were none for that day. The server said they were having issues with the new app and the manager said hecould not give me a coffee or credit. What??? So I took a refund instead and left without a coffee. I called last night and wentin today and I have not received anything but poor customer service. No coffee, no resolution. I asked for the store managersnumber. I will call when he is there. Extremely poor customer service. To throw out a coffee rather than to have customerloyalty just does not make sense. Read more
The drive thru service was horrible young girls at window bad attitudes when ordering coffee you have to repeat yourself then... get your coffee shoved at you when after paying for it with other staff. Read more
