Poor customer service, the lady handing my drinks to me in drive thru was completely rude. Spilled my drink on me didn?t even... apologize and didn?t offer any napkins just walked away from the window. Not sure if she was mad that she had to remake my drinkbecause they gave me the wrong one when it was repeated to me at the speaker of the correct one but it was very poor customerservice. Will never go back to that location. Read more

I love this Dunkin! Everyone there is so nice. But recently they seem to be running a lot slower. The drive thru line used to be... the fastest I'd ever seen, but like I said recently it's slowed way down, so I have to leave the house earlier in the a.m. Nomatter how busy tho, the staff always have smiles on their faces!! Coffee.. A staple.. But what is going on with big business during this pandemic? Seems like the quality is no longer there. They... up the prices and give us paper cups with lids that no longer serve a purpose. The coffee gets cold so fast and those lids arethe absolute worse. Get it together dunkin .. Asked for a small regular no sugar. 1 medium ice coffee. 2 cold coffee and 3rd time my daughter asked for small regular hot... coffee no sugar. I thanked and drove off. Took a sip , was full of sugar. I haven't had sugar for decades , got really sick. Toobad! Read more
