Been twice once dining In and one takeout. My ribs were dry the first trip in but the atmosphere was cool the Mac n cheese was... underwhelming. Second trip was take out got the brisket it was cold by the time I opened it in the car and it they forgot mysides. I might come back but unfortunately I can do better at home. Read more
We had No Joke Smoke cater a small office party. The food was excellent!! We sampled a little bit of everything and it was all... incredible! Many people asked who made the food while eating 2 plates of food and taking a 3rd home! Friendly service and greatfood! The food was dropped off at our Fall River office for us. I simply don't know how to put into words how good this place is. We found via the find me gluten free app and read the reviews... on that app. Being some who has Celiac Disease knowing that one of the owners has Celiac made me feel very comfortable. Mywife ordered a fried chicken sandwich and I had pulled pork and brisket. The food was so good we sat there in disbelief and aweand barely said a word to each other. You could literally taste the love and dedication that went into the food. The wife ofthe husband and wife that own this place was our server. She was super attentive and super friendly and made this experienceeven better. We will be taking the drive to go to this place multiple more times. If you are looking for out of this world bbqand awesome atmosphere this is your place and the fact that its completely safe for those of us with Celiac makes it evenbetter. Read more
Super friendly service and a great atmosphere. Really cool laid back place with great food. I got the pulled pork and what... impressed me is that it's got a delicious flavor and juiciness without sauce. That's a hard thing to achieve. Don't get mewrong, the sauces are delicious, but they're an accessory not a necessity. The brussel sprouts are SO good and a must order. Weordered a bit of a variety and there wasn't a bad bite in the bunch. They've also got a nice selection of beers and local Empiresoda. Bring your appetite! Read more
I wanted to rate this place a 3.5 star, Google reviews doesn't do half stars. So I rounded up since I believe they are better... than a 3 star. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, nice cozy place with some cool decor. I ordered the pulled pork, brisketand ribs along with corn bread and baked beans for sides. The ribs and brisket has a nice bark, I didn't see any smoke rings.The meat was also very dry, but they've managed to get a nice smokey flavor on the meat. The pulled pork was okay, it was juicybut the smoke flavor wasn't noticeable the corn bread and baked beans was very good. Overall not a bad experience, smoke bbq isvery hard to do and it won't be perfect every single time. I look forward to coming back, although not yet perfect, it hits thespot. This was such an amazing meal! Thank you! I want to go back every day and work my way through the menu. Today, though - I came... in and had lunch and loved it. I ordered a small plate of ribs, some cole slaw and a side of cornbread. Everyone working therereally cared about helping you order the meal you'd really enjoy - just to make sure you had the best experience. Did I mentionthe place was super clean and spotless? Back to the meal, the cornbread (gluten free) was amazing - it very well become my newdefinition of a comfort-food starter. The ribs - which were amazing -fell off the bones. This is tall order for this part of thecountry I might add. The sauce! Whoah - the sauce is why this place is here. Your sauce will make your meal. Seriously - theguy eating with me came here for his second visit for a veggie option and he loves the sauce. The sauces, are hand-made andseasonal. Crazy fresh and the range from sweet to spicy - really cool. I have been looking for great smoked meat place that wascasual, clean and fun. I found it here at No Joke Smoke. I totally recommend it.
