Took over 15 min to have my order taken by the employee whonwas standing there drumming on the chili cups. Girl at the counter... touched all of my food with bare hands. Not the wrapper, the actual food. Unsanitary. Also a door dasher came in behind me andinquired about an order, the same girl gave the worst attitude to the gentleman and it was very awkward. I don't know if this is right but I was charged $9.54 for a Dave's single and a large chili. I know that food costs have gone up... but that seems a bit steep to me. I asked for a receipt but the cashier said the printer isn't working. Sounded sus as hell, andthe prices and pictures on the drive-up are barely even able to be recognized no less read. This was the Swansea Ma. Wendy's soif the amount I paid doesn't sound right well, I guess be forwarded. I guess....lol. Read more
Worst fast food meal ever. Chicken wa as flat as a pancake like it was pressed chicken and tasted like swill with some gross... sauce. Fries had no flavor and a handful were too burnt to eat. Will never be back to Swansea Wendy's. Read more

My sister and I often eat dine-in at this location and enjoy it. Today she was unable to go so I ordered by phone to pick up and... bring home to her. The order was not ready when I got there. You can't pick up a mobile order via the drive thru, I guess youhave to go in and wait in line. It was pretty chaotic behind the counter. One of the crew was playing with her hair, handlingthe food (fry area) and fooling...seemed to be throwing food (fries) in a free for all fun food fight with the crew member atthe window. Levity is wonderful...we need to be happy. In business and especially handling food there should be limitations. Getting my order which was by now sitting waiting to be bagged took discussion (??why??). When I got our meal home it waslukewarm at best. The bread on the burgers seemed old...it was crumbling and powdery. We didn't get drinks. I paid nearlyseventeen dolllars for 2 burgers and a medium fry. I don't see this happening again for me any time soon. I am sorry for themanager...seems like a tough crew to direct. Disappointed. Read more
So is this really your new Burbon Bacon Cheeseburger?? Looked so good on the menu but in actuality it was a jr bacon... cheeseburger with a few onion strings, 1 small piece of bacon and not even a teaspoon of sauce. Dry and tasteless.Totallydisappointed. Wendys #3307 Read more
