Food was luke warm at best. Chips were over salted. The only good thing was the Baja blast. Worst taco bell I've ever had
I just pulled off from this Taco Bell! I?ve been driving for 6 hours and still have 6 to go?this was halfway highway heaven.... Everyone was so nice and hospitable, seriously made my drive better! they messed up my order a lil but I don?t even care bctheir demeanor was so pleasant. Read more
Door says they open up at 8 am no other signs, 5 mins till 12 and their lobby is locked. Which unfortunately we are taller than... the drive thru allows. But I guess we gonna go elsewhere. First and last time visiting this location. Very disappointed. Read more
Last night Wendy?s in Swanton now the very next night Taco Bell. I get there at 12.45. All the light on, go to the drive through... they tell me they are closed early because they are short staffed. Unless there is only 2 people in there that?s a lie. Youropen all day then close early when it the least busiest. My x was a go at arbys. If they were short staffed they closed earlybecause they didn?t want to stay later than normal to clean. Not to mention they messed up my order the last 3 out of 4 times.They never say hello, thank you, don?t say a word when you bring the wrong food back. Wendy?s and McDonald?s are Exactly thesame. I?m done wasting my time going to Any of them. China Garden or Wing Station from now on. They should fire the managementof all 3. The general manager at arbys makes $50,000 a year. They make nothing. This store is closed pretty much every single time I pull up after 10pm though their hours are until 1am. I even asked last time... cuz I wondered if they're just closing early now and Google isn't up to date. Should probably either start closing earlier untilthey can staff properly or just close this store in general. The food is wrong/cold consistently anyways. Read more
Sat in line for 35 minutes at 930pm as they are short staffed (very understanding) hours posted til 1am no other sign placed on... building or anywhere else outside, four cars ahead of us, just to be told they closed and no other explanation given. Nowsitting at Wendy?s got our food within 8 minutes and watching all other people who were in line at Taco Bell behind us get food.This is absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Tried to get food, however they ?broke glass? inside and refuse to have it open. We are a company that has a trailer attached to... the vehicle so with the drive thru being non trailer friendly (not even bigger vehicle friendly) and they refused to serve uswhen we tried to walk through to order food. Wouldn?t take our order at the door either. Nice to know that this store wasDISCRIMINATING against us tradesman (who have large equipment/tool trailers daily) who try to help better the lives ofothers! Customer service at its finest?. My business, family, and farm will NOT EVER return to this establishment! Read more
Ordered online and it was messed up. Manager stepped in and took care of everything. Best Taco bell around.
