Came here with my dad awhile ago. When we got our food, I immediately noticed we were never given any straws for our drinks. I... shrugged that one off, but when I began eating my fries and saw a DEAD FLY at the bottom I was disgusted. I immediately threw myfries away. This is disgusting. Read more

Been in line for 30 min. No joke. Only 2 cars were in front of me. Atleast 4 people working. 1 guy spent 10 min hanging out... drive thru window talking to car in front of me. When I get up there they tell me sorry for wait they are short staffed and topull ahead to wait for my chicken...no one was behind me. I'm still waiting. Waiting way too long in drive thru. 20 min . Fast food? No bacon on one sandwich and other one was cold.
This place is as bad as McDonald?s across the street. Just because it?s not busy doesn?t and the streets are dead it doesn?t ... mean you close early. I drove 10 minutes one way at 11:35pm 11:45pm on a Friday night they were closed. already. All the lightswere on and the sign Wait at the drive through and he says we?re closed. I asked why are you closed it?s 11:45. He ignored meand never said a word. Not to mention when is the last time Anyone has said hello or Thank you after got your order. Waste of $20! 2 meals, one hot honey chicken one baconator. None of the food was hot! The chicken was hard and gross. When I... called to speak to the manager they hung up on me then didn't answer. Bad business, please just tell me why I have to "wait formy order ro be ready" then it comes out all so gross and cold.. whoever was managing or working 8/17/22 at 630 pm needs completenew retraining.
