The "manager" took or order yesterday... She read everything we ordered back incorrectly nbd this happens, so we would correct... her. Instead of just fixing it like most people do, she argued with us about what or how we ordered each of the three drinksuntil my partner just had enough and ended it with a sharp " Okay! Thank you." and just pulled up. We pulled up to the windowexpecting to be confronted by the MOUTH as we kind of just left her still sassing at the speaker. But of course, standing at thewindow with our drinks, was a terrified looking, dear in headlights teen trying to low key apologize for the manager's behavior.Our drinks were right. I gave an extra star for that. But manager, Erin needs a vacation or a position that doesn't includecustomer service. Read more
I am thoroughly disgusted by the way i could only assume a manager spoke to her staff today. I was in the gas station and... overheard a manager raise her voice at an employee. the employee asked her very respectfully to not speak to them like that,understandly so, and the manager responded by raising her voice even more. Right in plain sight near the donut case whereeverybody in the store could hear. That is no way for a manager to speak to an employee and I hope she is severely reprimandedand given the proper consequences. I wish I got the managers name but she had black curly hair in a pony tail. I would give thisreview less than one star if I could as it ruined my day. Read more

Worst Dunkin? location I?ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. They consistently make coffees incorrectly and just decide... arbitrarily to close what they refer to as ?their lobby? which is a counter in a gas station. That wouldn?t be a huge deal ifthe drive through line wasn?t wrapped around the building since they take forever to complete orders. Additionally they like toignore orders through the app and conveniently say ?they didn?t get it?, causing you to wait longer to show them the receipt onyour phone that they then magically find the matching paper copy to in their own garbage can. Sprinkle in the constant rudenessand misguided anger from the staff and you?ve got this location for dunkin donuts. Just put this location out of it?s miseryPLEASE! I've lived in Keene for almost 6 years now, and I've tried every Dunkin's in at least a 30 mile radius. These one is hands down... the most reliable. With every other Dunkin in Keene, I have to worry about burned coffee, incorrect flavors, and app ordersbeing mistakenly prepared. I have now visited this Dunkin 12 times in two months and my orders have always been perfect!! I'mabsolutely blown away by how friendly/efficient the staff is, and by how delicious my orders ALWAYS are! Plus, look at how wellthey made this specialty donut!!! Read more
I went thru the drive thru about 7pm last night. While the young man was polite enough he didn't have the first clue as to what... he was doing. I had to tell him 3 times how I wanted my ice coffee. The female that was working with him did nothing to help.The wait time to get my coffee was way to long and by the time I got my coffee the drive thru was wrapped. Oh yeah did Imention that with all that my coffee was not made right. Don't think that i will be going to that DD again ???????? Read more
I went through the drive thru and ordered a large hot chocolate. I asked them to please make sure to fill the cup up this time.... I got home and opened it and all that was in was light brown water. You can't tell me you didn't know that when you were fillingit. You owe me almost 4 dollars Read more
