There are only 2 or 3 people that actually possess customer service skills at this particularstore in Swanzey NH, the rest are... rude and treat you like you're bothering them to come in and get a sandwich. I met the new manager and I agree with other post a really good guy.
SLOW. Somehow the downtown Keene one manages to be faster with 1 employee than this one is with 3. Constantly waiting, while... employees walk through the service area and do nothing to help the 1 person making sandwiches / running register. I understandthey have other responsibilities, but it is bad business and frankly rude to do nothing while your coworker struggles. It makessense to me that they seem to have a lot of turnover as their employees are consistently frazzled and overworked. I've been hereon multiple occasions, day and night, weekend and weeknight and it is always the same. Maybe if I come in at 10 am like anotherreviewer, I could get a sandwich in less than 20 minutes. Stopped in at 10:30 in the morning not sure if they made subs that early but the lady said they make them as soon as they open.... Always a good choice for a quick lunch. Read more
Gator is the best sub maker ever ! She is so sweet and nice and I think she deserves a raise. WE LOVE THE GATOR !
Used to go cause cheap and close by but now I'm never going again because the prices are ridiculously high and you can get... better ingredients and sandwiches at jersey Mike's or deangelos !! The food here is consistently consistent. As good as one can expect when getting subway from a gas station. The staff is always... fast and friendly. The lady with the dreadlocks runs a tight ship and is always great to visit with when the restaurant is notbusy. I give 4 stars on atmosphere because the rude old lady that works at the T bird (not Subway) many mornings is nasty andclearly hates her job and customers. Read more
