Went to enjoy a family outing @ Baskin-robbins and the severe didn't know how to make a Banana split nor did she know ... how to make a Sundae she placed all the toppings on the bottom of each you should place someone there that knows what andhow to make what the customer wants will never go back there again DQ is better then this place. Bad service, sales person was discriminating, ice cream freezer displays was nasty. Seems like the ice cream was melted and... re-frozen. The icream was mixed with other flavors. The associate didn't know what she had and what the sales coupons stated...so she didn't accept them. Read more
