I'm sitting in this drive thru three times a week. Sometimes I'm blessed by the gods and there's two cars in front of me. Other... times I'm messaging my boss "I might be a few late" because the line is all the way into the parking lot of Meijer. I've neverencountered a rude Biggby member here. They're always nice, take a minute to chat and apologetic (unnecessary) for the wait (asif they have control over how long a bragel takes to toast, or how many drinks with special instructions one vehicle orders). Ido wish customers would PULL UP CLOSER TO THE XAR I FRONT OF THEM. Instead of leaving room for a full size truck betweenvehicles. It's a pet peev, what can I say. Anyways. I like this Biggby. I used to love going to this Biggby but in the last six months I'm not sure what has changed but literally every other time I... stop at this location my drink/drinks end up being made wrong. It ends up being really inconvenient because I don't live nearthis location so I end up having to drive back up there to get the new drinks. I'm not sure if they only have one person whowears the headset to take orders, but it may not be a bad idea to consider having more than one person listening to the orders.Even today, I went to get my replacement drinks and they had made frozen ones. I have never ordered a frozen drink as I easilyget brain freeze. At least this mistake was easy to see and get corrected before I left. Read more
This place started to grow on me more and more, they're always super friendly. All of their frozen and creme freeze drinks are... delicious, iced drinks are iffy sometimes but I don't usually get that anyways. Will definitely continue to go here! Read more
