I was in a hurry and service was prompt. I loved my bacon and egg biscuit. Nice and warm. The latte topped off the meal!!
I like the chicken nuggets but rarely ever get the sauces I ask for, the time before last I was there asked for hot picante... sauce didn't get any. The following time I asked for it they gave me one hot picante and one mild. I didn't understand why wouldthey do that but didn't complain about it cause it's not a huge deal... Burgers are good for a quick burger fix but never thebest, they're always lopsided and half of the bun and hardly any condiments or too much condiments. Onions are always a mess toolol they go flying if you decide to eat in the car. This location has a hard time following through with special orders. A lightly toasted mcmuffin is alimost impossible to order... without having to run inside and have it remade. The workers are friendly and genuine.which helps in defusing potentialitydissatisfied customers. Read more
3 adults and 3 little kids ordered. We were asked to pull into a space to wait for our food. The kids were NOT happy. Someone... brought out a bag. We drove off. BIG MISTAKE! Don't EVER leave a McDonald's without first checking the order because APPARENTLYthe people working there can't read. We were missing 3 items of food that were clearly listed on the receipt PLUS 1 item thatwas ordered & not entered. People it's NOT rocket science! 1. Read the order on the board. 2. Get the items. 3. Put them in thebag. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY 4. Someone, preferably with at least a 6th grade education, double check the order that a. The itemson the bagging slip match the things in the bag & b. THERE AREN'T ANY THINGS MISSING! So, with a 2 year old crying because theydidn't have their ground up and artificially formed, almost chicken pieces, we had to drive back, out of our way, to get what wehad already paid for. There is absolutely no reason for the poor service my mother and I received when we were here. We waited at the counter to place... our order for about five minutes while a huddle of employees were standing Behind and the counter and it seemed like there?s wassome sort of argument happening. The girl taking (McKayla?) our order had a poor attitude and was taking to other peoplecomplaining in the middle of taking our order. First off they told me the bagels coming back is a hoax. So they are lying to people. I just had one in Indiana the other day.... Cashier would not respond to me trying to make conversation. They only get four stars but not for the lack of anything. They produce hot food and my order is always correct in the drive... through. I go here when I have one a block away because of the quality and service. They are 7 miles away but worth the trip.Five stars are for fine dining which I don't do very often. Went to McDonald?s in Swartz creek, Michigan on Miller rd off the freeway. Pulled up to window to pay, last window because it?s... early. Last rudely shoves food at us and closes her window so we pull off. We pulled into a parking spot and waiting formanagement to come out to get our payment. tracie mockerridge came out screaming on top of her lungs at us about not paying. Wecouldn?t get a word in. Then she takes our payment inside and 2 others comes out to argue with us. The 3rd person traciemockeridge comes back out with our debit card and then tries to lunge at me and fight me all over a simple mistake on theirpart. Do not go to this McDonald?s!
