The service was very slow but the server was pretty good. The food was ok. The soup was bland and the mozzarella sticks were not... very hot. The burger and fries were pretty good. The music in the restaurant was super loud and annoying. Read more

The food is going down hill. Not as good as it used to be especially since they got rid of the baked potatoes and now got rid of... the red potatoes. That leaves you mashed or fries. The mashed aren't plain they are supposed to be garlic mashed potatoes butthey taste horrible. Food is overcooked. I stopped going here awhile back but I had a gift card so figured I would give itanother try but the food is no better. The help is great but the food ...not so much. Not wasting my money here. Take caution before ordering from here guys. They're gross. Every time I order from here something is missing or the food is not... great. I keep coming back trying to give them the benefit of the doubt bc we love Applebees just not this location. On thislatest occasion I order a kids burger for my 5 yr old and it came with what appears to be a bite taken out of it. Called and themanager never once apologized and tried to blame my door DoorDash driver for the bite then proceeded to say it was a mis shapedburger patty which is still horrible. If you?re reading this miss manager, would you feed this to your 5 year old? You have alook and deduce your own inference and tell me that this doesn?t look like a bite mark. Horrible. Be careful.
