The food is going down hill. Not as good as it used to be especially since they got rid of the baked potatoes and now got rid of... the red potatoes. That leaves you mashed or fries. The mashed aren't plain they are supposed to be garlic mashed potatoes butthey taste horrible. Food is overcooked. I stopped going here awhile back but I had a gift card so figured I would give itanother try but the food is no better. The help is great but the food ...not so much. Not wasting my money here. Take caution before ordering from here guys. They're gross. Every time I order from here something is missing or the food is not... great. I keep coming back trying to give them the benefit of the doubt bc we love Applebees just not this location. On thislatest occasion I order a kids burger for my 5 yr old and it came with what appears to be a bite taken out of it. Called and themanager never once apologized and tried to blame my door DoorDash driver for the bite then proceeded to say it was a mis shapedburger patty which is still horrible. If you?re reading this miss manager, would you feed this to your 5 year old? You have alook and deduce your own inference and tell me that this doesn?t look like a bite mark. Horrible. Be careful. Seating was fast. Service was extremely slow. Waited way too long when asking for anything. 12oz steak was good, not great. ... Asked for medium, but was "just" well done. Not dry, but not what I asked for. Halfway through dinner I requested a dinnerroll. I was just finished when it showed up. $1 extra for the roll. Overall not a bad meal, just an ok meal. Read more
On our way to Atlantic City New Jersey we stopped and ate and just had an exceptional time !! On one of the busiest travel days... of the year the staff had their act together !! Nominal wait time even though they were very busy. After being seated andordering and with all the supply chain problems, our yummy meals came fairly quickly !! Sirloin steak, salmon times "x2",quesadillas for the little ones and a quesadilla burger ???? !! Hospitable, friendly and they went the extra mile to assist withthe needs of our little ones !!
