Inconsiderate to thier customers. I called and was put on hold for enough time to drive there and put the phone in thier face.... With one person in line. I was told that they was busy. There was no helping me out on time or discount or anything at all.After spending hundreds of dollars there in a matter of 3 weeks.......HUNDREDS!!! You'd think they would even recognize me, butthey don't care about loyalty! They do not care and now they will lose my business! I only wish for them to help me since I wasa loyal customer and I only have a 30min lunch. I was late back to work and was penalized for it. I asked if they sell loose rolls they said yes, I asked for 6- 6" club rolls, they charged me $1.50 a roll, for 3-12"rolls cut... in half. So over $10 for 2 day old rolls...overpriced and greedy franchise owner! Read more
Price has shot up to over $15 with tax for primo hoagie. Today got very little meat. All roll. And roll has gotten smaller. Stop... the gauging. Don?t give me inflation as your justification for everything. Does not equate. Read more
Always love it...except this time. Big T ended up turkey (receipt said Big T, wrap said turkey), and the other turkey had no... pickles (wrap said pickles). I don't live nearby so kind of a let down. Read more
Recently had the "Nellie" and although the roast pork did not have much flavor, the sharp and roasted red peppers really made up... for the pork. Service could have been better, we ordered there and waited at a table. They never let us know our sandwiches wereready, they were left sitting on a rack behind the counter, no idea for how long. This location has given us issues with our order nearly every time we order. Primos food in general is really good - but this... location is not operated well at all and their customer service is just poor. Time to go elsewhere for my sandwiches. Read more
Besides the fact that they are always slow. Today I went in and was told my order would be another 5 min later. I went and sat... down, went back to the counter 10 min later and my order was just sitting! No one bothered to tell me. Then I get home to this?! I called and they said this was normal. Got a cheesesteak and the cheese was burnt to hell and the steak was dryer than the desert. And WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! . I truly... don't mind spending a little more for a great sandwich. I guess I'll have to go to Ritner street in south Philly if I want atrue primos! Read more
