It's always a good time visiting here. Staff are always friendly and the food is some of the best in South Jersey. This place... was my first experience with Indian food and now it's one of my favorite restaurants that I've ever been to. I recommend theGobi Manchuria, Chicken Wings, and Butter Chicken, but really, you can't go wrong with any of the food here. It's all made toperfection, and for most dishes you can choose how spicy it is, so if you can't handle spicy food you can still enjoy theirmenu. September 2022: If you guessed the interior looks like a bank, you would be right. Nice ambience, good food, great price,... wonderful service. It won't be as spicy as other Indian restaurants. Which is perfect for me. YMMV Seating is limited.Reservations would be best. Read more
First and foremost I am no professional food critic. However, the service was impeccable. Not only was the food immaculate but... the service was as well. Today (July 20,2022) I dined in at this establishment for the first time ever roughly around 5:50 PMEST and the restaurant is very grand. After being seated I was greeted by my waiter Andrew, who was very polite. I was unsure ofwhat to order and Andrew helped me decide and provided great recommendations. The food was cooked and served efficiently andfreshly. As an appetizer my friend and I ordered the vegetarian Samosas, per Andrew’s recommendation, and they were sorefreshing and warm. They had just enough spice to not overwhelm you but just enough to satisfy one’s palate. The vegetablesinside of the Samosas were so refreshing to eat and felt lightweight. Then we received our entrees, and I was far fromdisappointed. I ordered the Karahi chicken and my friend ordered the Daal Makhani. The chicken was cooked perfectly and wastender enough so I didn’t have to chew forcefully or strain my jaw. The vegetables inside of the bowl were delicious as wellas the oils and curry inside of the bowl with the perfect amount of spice not to overwhelm me. The Daal was refreshing andreminded me of the time I went to Spain and tried gazpacho. If you’ve ever been outside of the U.S. then you’re aware of howrefreshing restaurant food is outside of these U.S. walls. This food was good for the soul, it didn’t give me a lack of energybut made me feel warm and comfortable enough to want to take a nap like a new born after a long day of work. Andrew’s servicewas exceptional and he always made sure that my guest and I were well hydrated as he continuously checked on us to make surethat we were okay. Really cool restaurant located in the towns old Bank. Awesome at.osphere, excellent service, and incredible food. Highly... recommend that you go for any of the dessert options. Don't forget to explore the town if you are a tourist. Loads of historycomplete with a graveyard with stones so old they can no longer be read adjacent to a 300 year old church! Read more

Indian food is not just curry! This was our 1st foray into Indian cuisine and it did not disappoint. They have made us regulars... after our 1st visit. Nic, the owner, spent 20 minutes talking with us, as if a friend, which added a very personal, local touch. Read more
The food was very delicious but the service was horrible. My self and family, drove 30min to get to this Indian restaurant... BECAUSE of the 4.5 Review ratings on GOOGLE. But unfortunately we did not get a good service. Soon as we got their we were ableto find parking in the back of the Indian restaurant. It is located in a great area. But again unfortunately we did NOT get agood service. Soon as we enter the restaurant, we saw that there were only 6 tables which were occupied by guests. The otherones were empty completely! We waited about 5min in front of the SNAKE statue and then this lady wearing yellow dress andtattoos all over her body comes up and states that " Do you have a reservation"? in a very bad unfriendly tone. I said politelystated no we don't but I do see a lot of tables/chairs are empty. And then she quickly interrupts and states that they are allRESERVED. I than ask her politely, If we can still dine in tonight since we drove 30min away from our home. Also I pointed out atable in the left corner which had 6 chairs and we were party of 4. But she stated RUDLY that and I quote "I AM NOT GOING TOGIVE YOU TABLE FOR 6 PEOPLE AND YOU ARE ONLY 4. My mother who accompanied us whispered to me that we should leave immediatelydue to this persons rude behavior but I told my mother that lets see if something can be done. And then the "Lady in the yellowdress" rudely stated that let me see what I can do. Finally after waiting sometime in front of the SNAKE statue 5-10min, shecame and said there is a table available and she pointed to the table with her finger and left us. I wanted to leave immediatelybut unfortunately we drove 30min and then my wife stated since we are here lets just eat and forget about the experience. Wewaited 15min before she comes back again asking us for drinks. She did not bring any menus with her. My wife and I came here for a nice Sunday dinner we absolutely LOVED IT. Andrew was our server and he was EXCELLENT. We... mentioned it was our 1st time there and Andrew made us feel comfortable, he was patient and very knowledgeable of the menu. Thefood was exquisite.
