Forgot my sour cream, had to ask for it. But that happens a lot. Get out to truck, order double bacon. None in the dish. Walk... back in and ask, last insinuates I took it off and walked back in. They give it to me anyway, and when i speak up sheapologizes, says she was thinking of a different order. Finish my omelette, go to eat toast, and they're basically croutons. Notthe best Wawa. i personally love this wawa and have never had a problem. today i went after i got a surgery done to get a hoagie and when i... recieved my hoagie the roll was burnt and there was one slice of cheese on it. at first i didnt know why, but i realized thatthe guy that made the hoagies was someone who had previously made fun of my friends and I for being in the lgbt community. thatis why i rated only 4 stars instead of 5. Makayla, the ?manager? of this store, is beyond rude and should not work in a management position let alone any type of customer... service role if she thinks it?s acceptable to hang up on a customer that?s calling in. Her attitude is beyond horrible. Read more

If I could give 1 star I would bc everytime I go here there is always an error with my order. I normally go on my lunch break... and then when I get back to work I see that they messed up my order. This was the last straw for me..I ordered a salad &requested extra dressing. I paid for my order and then went to pick up my order & noticed I only was given 1 dressing(the only 1good thing about not giving us bags anymore..I could catch their error..smdh)So, I tell the cashier that I ordered & paid for anextra caesar dressing..then the she ok, then asked what kind did I order told her again Caesar..she gave me my extra my extradressing...So, when I get back to work to eat my salad I notice she gave me ranch dressing?????????????????????I'm so fedup..Its the principal of not getting my order correct after reminding her with the 1st error..It's only 25cents..but still howmany errors can you make in 1 day!!! Also, reminder to all to please get your receipt!! They don't want to give it to you sothere is no proof of their errors!! I also, had to show her on my receipt that I paid for it! They are quick to ask do you havea receipt when you have an issue and they don't give them to you!! They know that! Beware & get your receipt! Please don?t buy things from Wawa. They cheat people. Here I am attaching proof. This is the third time I notice this. Price on... Isle will be less and they will charge you more at the counter. For a Qrt of mile price mentioned was $1.69 (shown in picture)but they charged me $1.75( shown in the picture). It?s not the question of few cents but it?s about lying. We stopped for breakfast, gas and restrooms. Extremely busy & way too overcrowded to the point of being unsafe, especially for... young children. They need some serious crowd/occupancy control. But food & coffee were really good and gas was same price aseverywhere else. Interesting that recent news reports about some of these stores in certain areas having to close because ofthe huge swarms of school kids running in & out & through them after schools releases the for the day....
