I see lots of complaints about our Sweet Home McDonald's and I must say I disagree. Whether it be Morning or evening our... service is always good. There might be a forgotten sauce or item now and then but that's why we should check bags before weleave. Hit and miss on quality and service.. I have not eaten within the restaurant in a very long time, but having walked in there it... seemed clean enough on the few times I had been in there customer service seemed good and earnest in person.. when food isdelivered to me at curbside they are friendly and nice, I have had one wrong order and then some cold food here and there. Walked in yesterday with my kids, first thing we saw was a wet floor sign and a huge spill on the ground. Nobody cleaned it up... the whole time we were there. Place needed to be cleaned. I picked up some trash off the floor. We only ordered fries. So Idon't have much to say about their food. Fries were good. I know someone who went here a couple weeks ago, and she had a pictureshown of a fly on her sandwich. Disgusting. I did order coffee from them once several months ago, they didn't make it how Iasked. So, not sure if this place is suitable for me or my family. Read more
I?ve been reading reviews on poor service but that was not the problem for me. The service was great, friendly and quick (was a... late night order, maybe 9pm) but after eating here I became extremely sick. In my case 5 stars for service but as for quality offood, it made me extremely sick. Only thing I ate that my partner did not and they were just fine. Read more
Daytime staff are awesome at keeping our orders straight, but the ones at around 7 p.m.? Here's what *I* ordered: Big Mac, and a... *plain* burger/set of patties with NO lettuce and cheese so I can train my puppies. They made my Big Mac the wrong way, theycompletely neglected the plain patty *when it was written down on the screen I was reading from*. My partner picked up dinner for us and three kiddos. He ordered online and while picking up in the drive thru could overhear the... workers complaining about the additions on our burgers and how many pies we ordered. When we got the food home and opened it uphalf the pie boxes were open and/or bent and my partners burger looked as though it had been physically ripped apart and wasmissing about half the ingredients. Based on the behavior of the employees and how rough everything looked it definitely seemslike it was done on purpose. Read more
Swung by because we were hungry after a long day and had a lot drive home. Got them because it's always hot, the line moves... fast, and the fries are salty. On the day the food was not hot (not even warm), the line was CRAWLING, and the fries were notsalty. Bummer. Read more
Lately every time I order, even if it's 1 burger they have me pull forward. I've seen them pull people forward but no spots... left, maybe wait to take new orders before filling the ones you already got. Read more
