We go once a week. It is like a grab bag. You never know what you are going to get but it will be cold for sure. The last 3... weeks we have gotten crazy orders. One hamburger had 4 patties. Never know what size burger either. Very frustrating. Hubby hadgone in and it still didn?t help. Place is chaos and obviously training is lacking. Read more
For breakfast, it is hard to beat Hardee's, at least in my area. It's very rare to get biscuits that aren't perfect and the... gravy is always excellent. I may be the only person in my town that eats here once breakfast is over, but it's their loss. Ialways order the chicken strip meal and it is never anything but perfect! Plus, they usually add several extra chicken strips tomy order. They are always on the slow side when it comes to getting your food at the drive-thru. However, I don't reallyconsider this a negative. They are ALWAYS slow, so it is just part of ordering at this restaurant and I know to planaccordingly. Read more
Drive thru employee could have used a little bit more politeness when taking money and hanging out food. Felt like she snatched... the money out of my hand. And threw the food at me. Read more
The food was great BUT I'm giving a two star because the lady I'm guessing who is on charge (she has short hair) she was cooking... at 10:30am all this woman could do was yelling and berated her coworkers, she was yelling cause someone was on the phone andthey needed to speak to her and her response was "are you freaking serious" you could hear her throughout the whole restaurant,I mean if you hate your job this much then go work somewhere else. This made the environment horrible I mean no womder they needhelp so bad I wouldn't want to work with someone like her either. Read more

The people working the counter were not attentive to the customers in the lobby. Took quite some time for them to notice the guy... in front of us. Then they struggled to get the order correct. Only saving grace was the lady working in the back. She seemed tobe the only one who knew what was going on. Wouldn't stop back at this location. Read more
I love this place I walk in they are always so happy to take my order. They don?t give attitude like any other fast food place.... They stop whatever they?re doing to take my order.
