Good luck if you ever want to order breakfast. They also only let one vehicle at a time up to the window after ordering so the... line is wrapped out in the parking lot. This discourages customers to park and come inside to order as they can get trapped bythe drive thru line with just 3-4 vehicles in line. Worst experience of my life. They would not take cash orders and you could only order from the kiosk inside. Floors tables and seats weren't clean. There... was a buildup of grime on the bottom of the drink lid holders. All we got were drinks and 4 of the dispensers were notfunctional. The mountain dew label had worn off. I would recommend a deep clean and retraining of the staff to be more customerfocused. My wife went to the Taco Bell in Sweetwater, TN. After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, she was finally able to order.... After receiving the order, she drove home. Upon opening the bag, we found the contents of taco supremes in the bottom of thebag. It was as if the tacos were not wrapped and had been thrown in the bag. As my wife bit into her taco, she made an odd face.Upon examining the taco, there was a long hair embedded into the contents of the taco.
