Delicious home style burgers and good customer service! Took me straight back home, to my mom's homemade burgers and fries. My... kids weren't crazy about the Heff's Twister Fries but my husband and I enjoyed them. Kids meals included an ice cream cone; thatwas nice. The kids meal was plenty big for me and I regret not trying out the Sweet Potato Fries. So glad we stopped here on ourway to Lubbock. Read more
Passing through Sweetwater around lunchtime looking for a bite to eat. Saw the Whataburger sign and decided to go there. They... were packed so we went access the street to Heff?s. Turned out to be a great decision. We tried a burger, grilled chickensandwich, onion rings and tots. The food was quick hot and tasty. Much better than what I would have had next door. Read more
Not a bad burger. No complaints on price or size of the burger. Patty could use a little seasoning. Would have given 4 stars... just didn't care for the fried chips. Good service. Read more
First and last time customer. I recently patronized this business. I ordered the Heff Burger with egg and potato twist fries.... Two bites into the burger and I tasted dirt/grit. I think they dropped something on the floor and didn't bother throwing it awaybut used it instead. The lady in the purple shirt wasn't using gloves and apparently the dress code is very relaxed because asyou can see in the picture she has on very short shorts. A customer inquired to the lady in the purple shirt about why was hisorder so high and when he walked off, she made a mockery about his complaint. I definitely will not be going back. Read more

Huge burgers...OMG....i couldn't eat it all....we also had the curly chips...like fries but they're homemade potato chips in a... spiral.....the side of avocado was fresh and the pickles on the burger were onder the cheese and perfect...the girl at thecounter is a soft spoken real live sweety!!!! Enjoyed our stop here at Heff's on our way to Colorado with a wonderful group of people from CBC/Community Bible Church in San... Antonio. My Brother & I both got the Hometown Burger. Liked that we were able to choose what kind of cheese we wanted. ???? Igot Pepper Jack and he got the Swiss. ???? Awesome favor & very filling. Thank you for your sweet smiles & great service. Heff's is my new favorite fast food burger joint when I travel West from Ft. Worth! I love the Hometown Burger. It's big but... perfectly cooked, not thin and overcooked as at other restaurants. I'm also jazzed about the nicely done tater tots and myspouse loves the sweet potato fries. See you soon at Heff's! Read more
