The wait to have our order taken was ridiculous. The "young lady" who was supposed to work the front counter and take our order... was rude and kept saying I'll be there in a minute. The young lady working the drive thru ended up taking our order 10 minuteslater or longer. The food came out cold. No one available to clean off tables that were dirty. When asked for condiments therudeness that eluded from staff was ridiculous. Manager was rude as well when another staff advised her that people had beenusing the closed handicapped bathroom in the women's bathroom and that it was filthy. I have lived in some ghetto places andwell this McDonalds and some staff that was in management were so ghetto AND RUDE!!!!! AS close as this MCDONALDS is to theinterstate, it should have friendlier staff and cleaner than what it was. Read more
Was craving some coffee to wake me up. I Had been driving from California needed some good coffee to make my drive to Houston... more lovely. This coffee had no sugar and was bitter. I had to stop at a store to get some sugar didn't make much of adifference. Went into the garbage! Also the McDonald's roof was leaking and soaking all the cars. Come on McDonalds... What is this?? My chicken sandwich was almost black!! So much sauce on it that's it all over the box and my... fries were old and lumpy. You could squeeze them and they'd fall apart. This is getting out of hand. I can't even eat my food.That's ten dollars out of my pocket ???????????? Read more

Felt rushed through the drive through for no real reason. As soon and I pulled up, I was rushed into ordering as I was waiting... for my party to tell me what they wanted. The coffee was decent but not good. It's been better at other McDonald's... Read more
Horrible service.. as usual for McDonalds. Tried to use a code and they kept saying it took but didn?t bring the price down. ... The ?nice? lady at the window gracefully went searching for the manager. He tried making it work but looked confused like itwas alien technology to him. Needless to say, I left without getting anything and went to Wendy?s where they got it right onthe first try. Read more

They got my order right the first time. The only inconvenient situation I faced was getting to the parking lot because it's a... single lane road that gets too long with traffic and the traffic lights take awhile to turn green, took awhile to get in and getout of McDonald's. Read more
