Was just here and was told they don't open until 10am. So me and hubby said we would wait. We were then informed via someone's... big mouth shouting from the back "we won't be open till maybe 10:45/11:00" and the reason was because we are running behind.Imagine if all businesses were run that way. I noticed the manager was the server, so i asked him, 'before i order, is all the food here fresh, or has it been out a while?'... I mentioned to the him that the last time i came there a few days ago my breadsticks were kind of cold/hard and I asked him whythey no longer put cooking expiration times on the box when you buy personal pizzas and breadsticks. I was actually verysurprised at the response he gave me. 1st, he apologized, and then he said, to fix this problem, i'll make your order freshright now. Then he informed me that whenever you come, anytime if you want your order done fresh right at that moment, you canask to have your pizza, wings, breadsticks or whatever prepared at that time if you don't mind waiting. I told him, thanks, ididn't know that and then I told him, 'you're a pretty good manager'. 'Most of the people that work there seem to be in a rushor dont really care all that much if your food is done right or not'. To my SURPISE, he said, 'I'm not a manager, i just workhere'. 'Hey, this is my job, & that is how i feed my family.' 'If you don't come anymore, then i'm out of a job, right?' I wasalmost floored!! - Wish i could have gave that guy a tip! I asked him his name.
