I ordered chicken rotisserie bites and was not told they didn?t have them at any point during our interactions. When I checked... my order I was given chicken strips. I went back to correct it and was told they didn?t have rotisserie bites only chickenstrips but no sign or sold out stickers were posted on the menu item. Why was I not told that at the time of placing the order?Paid for something I didn?t even want or ask for. Don?t go there !!! I ordered chicken strip box and they just put the fries in it no chicken ! At this point I?m sure they know... what they are doing making customers pay to take from your food and keep it for themselves. It?s not normal it happened to mustof the reviewers !! If I could leave less stars I would. Went there for lunch and the service was terrible, the guy at the window did not listen to... what we wanted at all. We order 6 chicken strips and got 4, my burger was missing ingredients. Kept trying to get us to orderPepsi when we did not want any. We weren?t even given napkins or a reciept. Absolutely terrible experience. The restaurant was super dirty, smashed windows, no air conditioning, and half the lights were... turned off. Huge line up of people waiting to order with no one operating the till. When we went to place our order, I wasmid-sentence trying to order and the employee taking our order walked away. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. We thenhad two other employees who stopped by the till and took a portion of our order. We asked for extra crispy fries (and asked 3times since we had 3 employees attempt to take our order) and the fries were so soggy and ice cold. Overall it was a terribleexperience. The Dairy Queen franchise should be embarrassed to have their brand on a restaurant that is unmaintained andoperates so poorly. Read more

At the drive through we said give us a minute and then the speaker said yea tell me in a really mean way. I didn?t appreciate it... as a fast food worker you guys need to be more kind. We won?t come back here again! Quite disappointed with the customer service here. My boyfriend has a bit of an accent (really not intense), so each time he... said his order he kept repeating because the drive thru guy couldn?t get it. After that, the order was incorrect, he asked for 6piece chicken strips, but got 3 (I didn?t get the check, so I couldn?t tell you if I was even charged right). All in all, itwasn?t worth the wait of the drive thru to get the wrong order and to have to go through this bad experience. Edit: I postedthis review while eating and then after I popped my straw into the cup, bruh, it was lemonade. We asked for iced tea and heasked us ?will brisk tea work?? Sign out front advertised a 2 for $6 medium misty slush deal but refused to honor it. The misty slushes we got were white with a... tiny bit of flavoring in the middle. I've been to quite a few Dairy Queens across the country and never thought that I wouldencounter one like this. Will have to pay better attention to which ones I visit in the future. Read more

Had the worst customer service at this location. I went there with my family around 7pm on August 7th, and I have never felt so... uncomfortable and disrespected in a drive thru like this. The person taking our order sounded more annoyed with each meal I wasordering (I was ordering for 4). There were so many mistakes with our order, and when asked for some things that were missing,we just got attitude back and no apologies for the missing items. When handed our food, the person shoved the food into myhands. And had a very crabby/rude attitude throughout. Read more
