We were there at 10pm on a Friday night. They had people in there working however the wait was at least 10min just for them to... get on the intercom!!! When we got to the window the young man's customer service SUCKED!!! Then they gave me the wrong drink,and he acted like he didn't want to replace the drink we also had to wait for the food when we had already had to wait in theline to order it. Just a MESS!!! I hate to say it but I agree with the newest reviews. I moved into swissvale a few months ago and this Wendy?s has got to be the... worst one I?ve experienced in Pittsburgh. It?s a crapshoot if the lobbies open. When inside you see rude staff running aroundlike they have their heads cut off. Drive through always is backed up cause of slow service. I went in today and all thecondiments were out and some customer stormed in with a bag of cold food she just received. Read more
Very rude staff! They gagged me and didn't let me say. The manager was unprofessional. There were about 10 people in the... kitchen, they gave 30 minutes to order, and this despite the fact that there were almost no visitors. I also want to add thatthe manager yelled at me. I thought that managers are needed to resolve conflict situations and not create them. Read more
Horrible customer service I waited in their drive through for over a hour just to have cold food, had to wait for fresh/hot... food. Not kid friendly don't dine in seen alot of fights happening at this Wendy's. Read more
Literally never gets my order right. Usually I don't write reviews but it sucks cause Iike Wendy's food. No straw in bag no... sauce for nuggets. Better going to taco bell down the street. Read more
Usually Wendy's takes forever havent been their for awhile due to the line hold up. But today I Ordered 5 of the 4/4 (have a lot... of kids lol) and some other stuff. I went here to pick up an order for Doordash customer. Even though it was late at night there was a long line in the drive-thru.... However, it was not a long wait before my turn. Because I'm severely hard of hearing I couldn't use the intercom to make theorder. Instead, I went straight to the window to do so. The employee did not give any trouble about me bypassing the drive-thru.(Fast food employees at different chains usually do not have a problem with me skipping ordering thru intercom and I am gratefulabout that.) It took 40 mins to get my food from the time I entered the drive thru. Food wasn?t even warm. Nothing against the employees -... I?m guessing they?re understaffed, which is the owners fault. Read more
