Ordered online and used my debit card and the card declined for no reason since it was active and there was money in my account.... Come to find out I was charged, but they are claiming I was not even when I showed them the bank statement with their paymentWITH THEIR NAME ON IT. I had to pay $70 for some mediocre food and now I have to file a dispute with my bank because they wantto use third party apps that decline cards and still charge them and they want to argue with you about it. Ordered delivery and the lady said 50-55 minutes. Driver showed up 89 minutes later so we didn't tip because of it being... ridiculously late. Driver calls us and says they won't work with us because of the no tip. Well our food is barely warm now so Ihave absolutely NO PROBLEM not ordering from here again! I understand it's tough to find help right now, but if that's the casetell your customers it may take up to 90 minutes to get their food and it wouldn't be such an issue. The food is horrible here!!! Shrimp egg-rolls were very greasy and mushy. Wonton soup was blah with a nasty tasting broth. The... Pad Thai was disgusting. It taste burnt and did not taste like any Pad Thai I have ever eaten. My husband’s Mongolian beef hecouldn’t eat, he has an allergy to onions. This is why I asked for NO ONION when I placed the order. $45 later we ended uppurchasing different food from somewhere else. I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. Never again! Read more
Edible, but not tasty. Noodles missing for my shrimp chow mein, but not worth calling back for considering it took an hour & a... half just to get any of it. That was with me calling an hour in to ask about the order. Honestly, the entire experience was notworth my time or money???? Read more
