Ordered delivery from this location twice, and both times, they missed out on items in the order. Big items! The first time, we... did not receive a 4pk of pumpkin muffins. Twice today i sent my friend to get doughnuts cuz my grandson only eats specifically chocolate glazed and they f$%%&&!!!! Give... me all chocolate. Normally u just get ur stuff and drive off cuz u have inpatient freakin people behind u. So i drove home toguess wut???? Wrong ones. Then my large iced coffee 6 creams and 6 sugars guess wut??? First shift is always great. The afternoon workers need to find a new job. Terrible service. Not friendly. And never make the... drinks correctly with 5 ice cubes in it that doesn?t even keep the drink cold longer than 3 minutes. Read more
This location is terrible and there is no customer service. I bought a small decaf coffee and the bottom of the cup was all... grounds so I had to throw it away. 4 weeks and 7 messages to corporate later, nothing. The first 2 times corporate respondedand said they would have the local management contact me, but they never did. The last 5 messages were ignored by corporate. If you sell someone an undrinkable cup of coffee, the decent thing to do is replace it. Then tonight, I had a coupon for a freedonut from the Dunkin Bulls Race. The girl at drive thru scanned the coupon then still tried to charge me for the donut. Isaid no, the coupon says it's free and showed her as much. Then she scans it again and claims it's already been used. I said"yeah, because you just scanned it a minute ago" and she had the audacity to accuse me of lying and trying to steal a donut. Igot the email on the 12th, today is only the 14th and the coupon doesn't expire until the 20th. I don't lie or steal anyway,but if I did I don't think anyone would waste their time doing it for something as cheap as a donut. Between being managementnot caring about selling undrinkable coffee and the rude employees I am done with this place. Read more
Sometimes you get a great coffee, but about half the time you don?t get what you order. Sometimes the flavoring of the coffee... tastes stale too. The almond flavoring tastes like you?re drinking straight almond extract - which is gross. I ended up throwingthe coffees away right after I got it. Read more
Our go to morning coffee spot. We even bring our dog with everyday and he gets a munchkin! Our mornings wouldn't be the same... without our Dunkin routine. Orders are 90% of the time right, and the staff is almost always welcoming! Read more
