I went through the drive-through and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a medium fry, fresh with extra salt. the fries were cold... with no salt whatsoever, as was the meat on both cheeseburgers. I had to microwave both when I got home. both burgers were alsowrapped like garbage. I worked at burgerking for 2 years, it's not that hard to wrap a cheeseburger properly. A woman at thewindow was talking about fighting somebody very loudly at the window as well. I will not be returning, and I will be telling allmy friends and family about the terrible service. 0/10 would not recommend Sycamore Mcdonalds. Read more
The person male that was preparing the food have a long hair and not using hairnet, also was wearing gloves but, without... changing the gloves, he was handling the food and went back to store to organize the garbage that was on way and came back toprepare the food, NO gloves change or at least wash it. I had enough time to observe all of this, because everyone was givingattention to the drive true line and the lady that works on front, her shift finish and she took her food and went to eat atdinner area, nobody came to help the folks that was waiting to be attended. Ordered a very large order on the app Thursday and it was to my surprise 99% accurate. Only forgot to leave off pickles on one... thing which is no big deal at all. This is my favorite McDonald's even though I live by one I can walk to. The problem is theone by me you can order one thing and they still mess it up. Seriously ordered a big mac and got a fish fillet. So for aMcDonald's to exceed my expectations is great. It isn't even worth going to the ones on Lincoln highway, good for my dietthough. Read more
Normally, I try to give good reviews but this is ridiculous. This is the second time I have ordered a large fries to get this... portion. There is no way in hell a Large fries should be almost four bucks for these. I won?t buy fries here anymore. Read more

Because THEY forgot hashbrowns in the drive thru that were ordered and paid for, they wanna have attitude when my daughter had... to drive ALL the way back to retrieve them. The ignorant girl in the drive thru asked repeatedly tauntingly how many, when shetold her clearly. Every. Time. Even though the bag was sitting right there that she forgot to hand my daughter. After tossingthe bag to my daughter, she slammed the window.. making it bounce back open. My daughter learned her lesson with this place toALWAYS check your bag before you pull away. It never has everything you ordered. And the attitude when you are inconvenienced ofdriving all the way home, just to have to go all the way back because their mistake, they get ignorant. Read more
