Food was great; good selection of drinks; friendly staff; (impressed with how the manager checked in on satisfaction of my group... of 8)..The place is immaculate! -They have mirrors on one wall that were so clean I could easily watch the football games ontheir TVs behind me on the mirrors. Food deserves four stars, but service was only two at best. Not friendly and far from attentive. I should have known it wasn't... going to be a great experience when we asked if they have a beer list. "No, but you can go look at the cooler by the bar"" wasthe response. Okay... got two beers from the bartender and that was the fastest we received anything. Waited 20 minutes on alemonade for our kid, another 15 to place a food order. Food came out from a food runner in decent time, but then it was timeto wait, and wait, and wait again. Thankfully another server checked in on our drinks. Finally just went up to the bar andasked for boxes and the check to avoid another half hour wait to be noticed. Again, I have no complaints about the food andmight try again because it was very good. The service, however, was a big downer. And it's not like they were understaffed.The server had maybe 6 tables to attend to. Read more
Overall great place to go for cocktails and snacks. We had the fish fry several times in the past 6 months. The first few times... it was excellent. In fact we chose MVPs just for this. The past 2-3 times it has been inconsistent and last night it wasterrible. The place wasn?t crowded at all but it took a very long time for our food and when we got it the fries were ice coldand the fish was lukewarm and overdone in old oil. Very disappointed. The new owners are working so hard and it shows!!! We love their food menu, everything is delicous and the rooftop bar is a must... if you are just driving through and need a quick bite and drink with a nice breeze. I am so looking forward to their streetdances, starting June 18th. :) Read more
I've always loved this bar, but since they were bought by new owners...... Not as much. A lot of us regulars will choose to go... elsewhere now on weekends ???? (the owners themselves seem very nice! Only rooftop bar in DeKalb County. The outdoor patio is enclosed with a fire pit strong pours huge selection of beers and... friendly staff. Didn't give 5 stars because I wanted to save one for when I try the food hear it's great. Read more
We had steak tacos and the California Grilled Chicken sandwich, curly fries and chips and salsa and plenty of beer (had Antihero... IPA on tap - yum). Tristin waited on us and was super delightful. If you have not tried Cajun fried potato salad go now. Quickly. The burgers are great too!
