Ordered a #2, got the tacos and they were not supreme. No big deal so I took them back up to get the right ones. Have not been to TB for a while and had an early appt in DeKalb so stopped for a bite. 8-26 at 8am. Drive thru took order and... quickly had it ready. drove off and about a min later took a bite out of an ICE COLD burrito. Pulled over to first trash can Isaw and tossed it. 4 months ago I wrote a 5 star review saying good food and friendly staff. Now I feel the need to revise that statement to only... read Good Food. The quality of this location has tanked. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted by an empty counter andeveryone else you do see avoids even looking at you. I have countless times where I stand at the counter as people just walk onby. Today, I placed a mobile order as always, food should be ready by 533 it says. I walk in and no food. Wait around untilsomeone decides to acknowledge I exist. Looks up my order, tells me I owe money still... I explained it was through the app asalways, I paid and should be good to go. They ultimatley couldn't figure out what was wrong and why it was trying to have mepay. Finally got my food after 6pm. Missing my cups for the drinks, asked for those, 1 cup wrong size (yes minor in the grandscheme of things) I would have accepted a sorry for the inconvenience but was met more with feels of it was my problem and I didsomething wrong. Will I stop going? No, the food quality makes up for the lack of people who dont give a F. But I will continueto ensure my orders are 100% correct as I don't think that is too much to expect, right? The staff here were very friendly and happy to be working. Dining area was kept clean, condiments, napkins and straws were... full. Pop machine area was clean. Our order was made correctly and served hot. Great job to the staff here today!! Read more
The staff here is great. Customer service is 10 out of 10. Everyone has a good attitude and, the food is always made fresh and... hot. They hand out sauce a plenty and are great breakfast, lunch or dinner. The 5 dollar dinner boxes are great. Cinnabon'sdelights coffee and, Breakfast crunch wrap are great. Read more

Advertises breakfast until 11 and multiple times have been told they don't make breakfast. Also can't order some normal menu... items. Don't waste your time much happier going to the Dekalb location. Read more
