Slow slow. Light business at the time I arrived. Still waited a really long time in the drive through line. When I asked if they... were short handed they said they were busy. I've been sitting in the drive-through Lane for almost 10 minutes. Well actually, in front of the drive-thru Lane... The woman... at the window seemed very upset that I placed a mobile order and I am now being punished. Such a shame because it is so easy touse the app, but I guess I will just be going to McDonald's in the future... I will say that the girl that ran out my food inthe rain was super nice and friendly! Update: I couldn't resist going back because I had a taste for Wendy's, although I justrealized that you tell them your name when you use the app and they now know if you left them a 3-star review. I'm sure that'swhy my burger bun was so terrible just now. I can honestly say that I don't think I have ever had a quality issue with Wendy'suntil just now... Now it's a one-star review and I will never go back! Update 2: ok, I was wrong when I said I would never goback. Actually went inside to eat today and everyone was super friendly the food was perfect! Back to what three star! Read more

None of the customizations were followed, like adding lettuce or taking off pickles, and they forgot the sauce. They were also... out of one of the items I ordered which typically is not a big deal, but after letting me know, the employee stared at meblankly without offering any suggestions. I asked for a refund on that item, to which the employee said ?I don?t know how to dothat? and continued to stare. I then asked for a replacement for the item so I?m not throwing away money on nothing, whichseemed to inconvenience them greatly. They also tried to send us off without our drinks?. It?s Wendy?s so I wasn?t expectinganything amazing but something better than that at least ???? if it were a lunch or dinner rush I?d be more understanding?. Butthere were no other customers when I showed up and I had ordered ahead in the app. Read more

I really like Wendy's. I feel like staff try their best despite being very understaffed. I feel like staff could be pay better... attention because placement of burger/sandwich ingredients vary, sometimes just piled up in the middle. Doesn't make for a goodbite. This location has been out of food on many occasions and, I know its new but I wonder why their ordering has been soinconsistent. They also shut down breakfast early on few of times I've visited so I wasn't able to order what I wanted. Read more

We went to the Wendy?s farther south down the road and they were out of absolutely everything that we wanted so we came here... instead. They had two workers on the floor for the night and they are manning the drive through really well. Being honest thatit may take a minute, still being kind, even able to crack jokes under pressure. Ishmael was great to us and ran our food outthe front door to make sure they kept their drive through line moving as we had a bigger order. Really nice guy and greatservice :) Read more
