Clean and modern restaurant, a little bit worn here and there but overall good. Food was good as well. Taste was good, as... expected from a big fast food chain like this. One thing I did note however, was that one employee used their phone to make acall while wearing food preparation gloves. They went straight back to work after making the call. They did not make our meals,but I found this to be a bit unnerving. Read more
Eat here frequently. Never had any issues, maybe small changes in consistency depending on who makes the pita, but always fresh... ingredients and friendly service. Definitely a better option than subway, I'm heavily plant based so my pita is always loadedwith veggies. Fairly cheap for the amount of food you get. Read more
Ordered on cbeats app. Poor quality wrap. Ordered chicken solvaki. What I got was a veggie wrap. They forgot to put the CHICKEN ... in which I imagine was because they were closing in a half hour and failed to care. I paid 21.00 for it to be delivered only tobe so disappointed. Trash cold wrap. Never got a refund cause pita pit was closed By the time it was delivered. They keepgetting away with delivering poor quality wraps that you would never get if you just went in. Ordered through Skip the Dishes and was delivered the wrong order. When I called the restaurant they offered to remake, but then... Skip denied responsibility to redeliver, claiming they did their part. Doesn't matter who's blunder it was, the employees atPita Pit were left to resolve the issue on their own, and the restaurant offered to have an employee deliver himself, eventhough they don't deliver normally. I got my food an hour and a half after the initial order and had to get a refund throughSkip because they didn't deliver, and I regret thumbing down Pita Pit on Skip app, but Pita Pit owned up to it and kudos to theemployees who were working the afternoon shift on Feb 2, 2021. I used to go here all the time, it's changed for some reason. Last time I was there the happiness in the place was all gone. I... didn't like it at all. Whats changed not sure but it's at least somewhere to go for something different than pizza and chicken.The people working there did not seem happy to be there at all.
