Very bad customer service specially folks on evening/night shift. Also around 8 pm they were rushing to close and do cleaning... and empty seat explain people don?t like this outlet. Also we ordered combo and drink was not cold and did not had gas whenasked they said everything is okay and latter accepted that they were out of gas so we had to buy bottled drink. Everytime I ask them to switch out beef for chicken I get told NO even though it's part of the companies policy!!!!! This needs... to stop and they need to be put in their place and reminded to follow instruction. This is ridiculous! What if someone wasreligious and could only eat chicken?! Just ordered food from drive-through almost more than 40$. Received all the vegetarian dishes properly but Chicken Quesadilla... got soggy in just 5 mins. Fries are soggy. No salt in fries as well as no salt on side. Cashier was friendly but didn't not handover the bill, expected the bill in bag but did not find in the bag either. Read more
