Very bad customer service specially folks on evening/night shift. Also around 8 pm they were rushing to close and do cleaning... and empty seat explain people don?t like this outlet. Also we ordered combo and drink was not cold and did not had gas whenasked they said everything is okay and latter accepted that they were out of gas so we had to buy bottled drink. Half of ourOrder was missing after waiting 20 minutes. We were told that the order was not placed. Not going to visit this store even it?slast open place in Sydney. Read more
Everytime I ask them to switch out beef for chicken I get told NO even though it's part of the companies policy!!!!! This needs... to stop and they need to be put in their place and reminded to follow instruction. This is ridiculous! What if someone wasreligious and could only eat chicken?! Just ordered food from drive-through almost more than 40$. Received all the vegetarian dishes properly but Chicken Quesadilla... got soggy in just 5 mins. Fries are soggy. No salt in fries as well as no salt on side. Cashier was friendly but didn't not handover the bill, expected the bill in bag but did not find in the bag either. Read more
Did not take a group order together which resulted in a double long wait, had 1 piece of lettuce (probably romaine too) in my... veggie quesadilla, did not seem to understand English or their own menu very well. Will not be returning to this location. Read more
It's always a really long wait time for anything you order. They seem to never have chicken ready and the drive through is... tedious. It's good in a pinch if you're close by but I would recommend going out of the way to eat here. The pop machines arealways empty and taste awful. All around could be much better. Read more
Food was OK and so was service, but it was slow without being busy. The floors in the restaurant and the kitchen were dirty.... Each opening of the door let in a gust of wind (which I imagine would be a major issue in winter). Most tables weren't clean. Myburrito had a little meat in one fold, but not much. Read more
