Get what u pay for greasy chicken terrible sides, but if you want to clean out your system ..eat here
As most people know, the food quality is long gone. When the colonel was alive, quality meant everything, as did customer... service. Seems both are no longer considered. Last trip was a few days ago. My wife and daughter walked through the door, nobodyelse was inside. No other customers. That being said, there were two individuals (employees) standing behind the counter, andboth of them turned and walked away. They returned minutes later, and began chatting between themselves. My wife actually had toask to be waited on, or could someone take my order ?! Not the first time this has happened. Employees need more training ??,and if they have the training, yet still refuse to do their job correctly, perhaps it's time for new employees!! Read more

The drinks counter was unbelievably dirty. Dozens of small insects are flying. There were oil stains on the table and chairs.

It's KFC. Greasy chicken. Got a bucket. Appearently white meat is extra. Once a year is enough for me.

For the amount you pay they could give you better pieces of chicken. The fries were about half full and soggy. Sure is not what... it used to be. Will definitely be going to Jays chicken on George Street from now on. Read more

The KFC in the sydney area needs to improve. I have been a regular customer and the new staff now pre cooks the chicken and... let's it sit there all day under heat lamps. The chicken is dry and skin isn't crispy any more. KFC when from number 1 in sydneyto being last behind the day old chicken in the coolers at the local convenience stores. Read more

Service was prompt and order was correct, food was hot and well prepared, we were happy with the visit, and will return again!

Ordered a 2 piece chicken with a side of gravy, I asked for a rib for one of my two pieces, I don?t like dark meat. Ended up... with no rib and just one wing... called back and staff took my name and number ... they said the next meal is on them... missedout on lunch at work.... but at least the acknowledged the mistake.
