I am not sure what happened yesterday (10/11/22 - around 8:30 pm), but the food was horrible. Rice was hard, the guacamole was... awful (almost black and with no flavor) I even found an identified object in the guacamole, the food was overall cold and tastedweird. This Chipotle is always so clean friendly, and fast! The workers are also incredibly respectful. What sets this particular store... out to me, is their kindness. I reached out to the Eldersburg Chipotle to ask for a donation to a very special fundraiser. Thisfundraiser celebrates the life of a close friend of mine who passed away and continues his legacy of giving. Do not recommend this location. I ordered four bowls online, two of them were made completely wrong. I asked if they could... remake them, which they did, and the rice was very undercooked and hard. I ended up throwing those two bowls away. On top ofthat, after I asked for them to remake the two bowls, one still had a few pieces of chicken (which is not what I asked for).Very disappointed. I went into chipotle and was greeted by a dazzling young man named Dean. When I asked what he suggested to get, he winked and... said the meat. He seemed very sure I would like it. he stuffed my burrito with meat, I laughed because i thought my burrito wasgoing to bust, he had a firm grip on the burrito so when it was wrapped nothing fell out. I would say my experience at first was lackluster due to me stubbing my toe on the front door. But once I saw Constantine... Bratsakis, I knew I'd be in for a treat. He asked me if I wanted a bowl or burrito and my jaw was dropped on the floor becauseof his angelic voice that mesmerized me so it took me a second to get back to earth. When I asked for chicken, he grabbed theshaft of the scooper so gently, I came. He didn't give me enough chicken but that was all good has he handled my meat with loveand care. Ordered online, the extra/double meat bowl (which costs an additional 4.15$ + tax) came with less than half a scoop of meat... total. I had the wherewithal to check when I picked it up, got a lot of looks from the guys making the online orders as if theyknew what I was complaining about. The other bowl was a salad and figured how do you mess up a salad? Should have checkedthat as well, when I got home found out it had literally 4 pieces of lettuce. Called and spoke the manager Eddie who apologizedand said ?he would talk to them?. Can?t say I?ll be going back. Don?t bother ordering online from here unless you check yourorder while at the restaurant. Employee walking around not wearing his mask properly and handling food, standing above all the open food containers (making... take-out?) as well. Nose out and chinning it so hard you can see his tongue when he talked. I Don't recommend coming here rightnow since it doesn't seem like they are enforcing any health policies. Read more
