The most filthy Chickfila I have ever been inside of. I had to go to 7 different tables to find somewhere ?clean? do sit but had... to settle for one that had the least amount of crumbs. Floors are littered with food, rugs are full of trash and debris, none ofthe tables are wiped down or even remotely clean, paper straws are every where they shouldn?t be, trash cans are completely fulland overflowing. I am local to the area and I am disappointed with how this Chick-fil-A is kept up. The only thing that bringsbe back is knowing that 1.) their food is good and 2.) that I can at least enjoy my meal in my car. Read more
Chick-fil-A is known for their efficiency, customer service, and consistency. The Sylacauga location is certainly the exception... to that rule. I've never had a good experience. Read more
Had to give Chick-fil-A a second chance and then a third chance. My personal opinion is that there is not anything great about... the chicken served there. The flavor of the spicy chicken and the grilled chicken is just $plain"tasting. Nothing in the flavorstands out to me. Each time I went and ate, the food I had ordered was lukewarm, not hot at all. I really like this location, they normally get your order right and do it pretty fast, the only thing I feel like they need to... work on is the biscuits. They're never done all the way. I love their chicken biscuit, but I dont get it anymore because it'snot cooked right. Mushy and the texture just isn't satisfying. I will say they're customer service rocks and the place is veryfriendly. Come lunch time this place is rocking, if they just work better on making sure their food is cooked all the waythrough they would get better ratings Read more
