I really like Jacks a lot! My only thing is I wish to heavens they never changed their buns. The new buns are gross.
They are always kind, I love the BLT salad. They give plenty of ranch or whatever sauce you like. They always give a nice... quality of food even right before they close. I am visiting my parents in Childersburg and have eaten the BLT salad everyday! Read more
I stopped here for the pork chop biscuit sandwich only to find out they didn't serve breakfast all day ?? I live in Washington... have never seen this sandwich and wanted to try much sadness. I would give them zero if I could. Stopped on our way back home and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and the crew just... looked at us didn't say a word and then walked away so we left. They could've said hey we'll be with you in a minute orsomething, they acted like they didn't want to take out order. Terrible customer service. ???? Read more

2nd time Ive eaten here, first time service was good food sucked. 2nd time (today) I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. ... I would be ashamed at what they served if I worked there.
