I ordered a caramel Macchiato with a shot of mocha and 3 shots of espresso Venti. My order was all messed up. They put no... caramel drizzle on it , no milk in it or milk foam as normal plus they left out the extra shot of espresso, not to mention mydrink was not even filled 3/4 of the way in a 16 oz cup instead of a 20 oz which is what a Venti is. When I questioned the girlat the drive thru she was rude and snappy wanting to know what was wrong with it. It was obvious what was wrong with it andafter waiting 22 minutes on my drink in line , I just left with the messed up order. I am a regular customer but I will not bereturning to this location after such blatant disregard to quality and horrible customer service. Read more
