Very ghetto location. I had a woman throw water bottles at my car because they where driving drunk. I was unfortunately in front... of them. Also lots of homeless and drug addicts ask for money when your waiting in the drive-thru. Not fast but not terriblyslow service either. Read more
Food is good most of the time but the drive thru lines.. sheesh. Wait time is a while 15-20 minutes MINIMUM. Then there's people... cutting the long lines from the parking lot side, people honking, fighting over who goes in front of them.. It's just food, butit's also about respect. There's people who've been waiting 5-10 minutes, then comes an entitled ahole who cuts you in line.This jack in the box is always like this also. Almost never fails, which is why I'm writing this review. If the line was quicker& there were some cones to redirect traffic, it wouldn't suck as much but IDK seems as if they could never get it together. Read more

I use to go here all the time but it had bad service in the wee hours off night. But tonight I just needed something lite to eat... to put on my stomach but they were closed. I explained to I think the night manager I just need a value fry for my medicine andshe said ok come to the window. It was someone different from my other times, but anyway I appreciate that she understood anddid it anyway. I appreciate that so much because working this times of weird hours messes with your stomach. But I just want tothank the lady who worked this morning, and tell her thank you so much.. great customer service for the first time ever.. Read more
Getting out of work around 3-30am. Trying to get some early breakfast.. Jack use to be 24hrs. Now it's rare like 1 out of... 1000.... lucky me that a jack is around the corner from my job. I get there and a big sign ok the drive thru saying open till5am. But yet they have all lights on, employees inside just talking.and it's like 330am.. come on. I just would like to say that on Friday about 8:30 pm, the scary looking girl that took my order was rude as hell, trying to... rush me while ordering my food. Hence, I ordered an Egg roll along with a salad, and upon arriving at the window to receive myfood, I asked her if I can get a sweet and sour sauce. The girl is either really dumb or did it on purpose and gives me Hot tacosauce, like really? Egg roll is not a taco Lol. Then she had the nerve to tell me ? oh enjoy your night? Of course I?m gonnahave a good night, and I have the best life with a great career!! Lol . Nothing worst than being dumb, looking like an uglyCLOWN, and working at Jack in the Box. For those who know and live in this part of the North East part of San Fernando Valley, know how ACTIVELY BUSY the intersection... of Foothill Blvd. and Hubbard Street is. And let's not forget the add'l traffic coming off the 210 fwy. Having said that, thisJack in the Box gets high marks for efficiency based on the high traffic flow of where it's located. The staff was courteous andgranted my custom requests for the deluxe fish combos( it's a Friday Lent commitment) that were well prepared and gave me extra???? at no add'l charge. The two tacos were also well fried and not over cooked; I've had over cooked fried items and it'sfrustrating to find out when you get home. In summary, the fast food was acceptable. I'd like to point out their efficiencygetting me in n out of the drive thru and no matter how busy during my visits, they remain willing w/ bubbly attitudes toaccommodate you and for the most part, get my orders correct ( I still ask if my order is double checked). A shout-out to theyoung lady cashier planning on becoming a surgeon. Lady B, don't let any body tell you you can't do it! Dine In closes at 7pm, not only does it close at 7pm but the drive-thru has no order and takes forever. Your order is almost... always done wrong.I have learned to check my order before i leave the window. If not i find myself driving back for items not inthe bag I live closest to this location so unfortunately they get my business often, however I try to go to the one on SanFernando when possible, or if I am in another city I'll stop in that city. This location needs new management or maybe adifferent owner. Read more
