Place is a joke, I love Ramen and I don't care how much I have to pay for it. This is by far the worst plate of Ramen I have had... in my life, customer service, non existing. Cone shaped plates hide how little you are getting..extra greasy broth, they chargeyou for the toppings as if it were gold. I will never be back to this place and I'll make sure everyone I know do the same. Read more

in reality, 4.5 stars. i appreciate the wide range of vegan options and the worker who was there seemed very kind. food came... quickly and it was a solid portion for $14 before taxes. broth is not ?creamy? like the description said, it tasted more lightand oily. also wish there were more veggies in the vegan ramen. overall, we needed a ramen restaurant in the area and its a goodplace to eat and get some boba after :) Read more

What I like: I love the heavy broth they use, it doesn't feel watered down like how some shops do Service is fast if you during... empty hours, theres time I'm in and out in 8 minutes Tip: If you're going to be ordering for a group, try ordering on the phonefirst to cut down on wait times but it's better to just sit down and chat with friends while you wait Critical: I've seen theother reviews about the broth being greasy. I don't know if they're just used to watery broth, I think it comes down to personaltaste Read more

I got two orders of ramen. For both the broth and noodles were so BLAND. They had no flavor. Takoyaki was undercook and bland as... well. Only good thing was the drinks. Paid nearly 70$ and went home hungry and sick to my stomach Read more

Not a good experience, sad since we like Ramen and we were happy to have a ramen place near. But not going back, soup was super... grease. And customer service, well lack of it. This was a to go order and they never let us know that our order was ready. Read more

They serve Kirin Ichiban Beer on the tap... a nice light beer with minimal bloat for myself. I was able to try a non-vegan and... vegan ramen. The noodles served with the Vegan version were much tastier for me... I wanted the Vegan version assuming it wouldbe less fat/oil than the pork broth version and it definitely was... and I added a chicken chasu to my Vegan broth...if I wasn't worrying about the fat content that pork broth is also very delicious. We also got the karrage bowl, all the fixing it comeswith pickels and egg were yummy just that the rice seemed either old or not cooked to a steam rice texture. Overall definitelybeats anything that is available in a 10 mile radius from Sylmar. Read more

Initially came here for burgers thinking the burger joint was still there, but was pleasantly surprised to discover a ramen... joint so close to home! I ordered the flame ramen with pork chashu and my son had the original tonkotsu ramen with chickeninstead of pork, and the original karaage. The flame ramen was very flavorful and full of umami creaminess. For someone with ahigh tolerance for spice, I'd say the broth was very tolerable, I believe they use habanero peppers. The slice of pork chashuwas very generous and savory. The original tonkotsu was good as well, but I felt it was lacking in depth. It left something tobe desired (maybe black garlic oil). The highlight of the bowls was definitely the soft boiled egg. They were perfectlymarinated, but I really wished they'd provide a full egg, as opposed to only half. The karaage was a bit disappointing. Thepieces paled in comparison to the ones featured in the photos and they were nearly burnt. This place definitely has potentialand the servers were very friendly and welcoming. I'm glad Sylmar finally has a ramen house, I will be back again soon to trythe rest of the menu. Read more
