I had ordered food from this place, and all I can say it that the position size of the bowl was less them expected with the rice... and meat, the bowl was barely half filled, it seems that their was no consideration on how much there needed to be on the bowl. Read more
Make sure to check your order before you leave. Got home and realized that the main dish was missing. When I returned to pick up... the owner offered no compensation for having to drive back. Also when they are busy if you call to place an order they willpurposely take the phone off the hook. Poor customer service sadly, even though food is good. Read more
The service was fast and the food pretty good. If you want a healthier alternative to your lunch/dinner, this is a place to be.... I gave 4 stars because I've ordered brown rice twice, and both times it felt like it needed more time to cook....just a bit. Read more

This is the most stingy branch I?ve ever been to, I eat waba almost every day for lunch wherever my job is at and buy it for my... guys. I come here and order my regular, almost no jalapeños, very little avocado, I requested hot sauce again and they gave me1. That made 3 total for the two bowls. Requested the dumpling hot sauce which I really enjoy and they charge for that. If youtruly enjoy waba don?t come here. It?ll leave a very bad taste in you mouth. My girlfriend and I stopped by here after going to Home Depot. She really like their Salmon Veggie Bowl and has been craving it... for a while. So when we were at Home Depot I told her to call and place our orders so it would be quicker for us. I got theChicken Teriyaki Bowl. They weren't really busy and dine-in is closed due to covid. They also had a notice that they won't haveany coins because of the shortage and that mask is required. We didn't have to wait long when we went in to pay for our food.Basically by the time we got to the cashier and paid, the food was done. I thought my dish was okay but my girlfriend reallyloved her Salmon Bowl. Since this place is in a big plaza you will never have an issue finding parking. Read more
They charge $3 for extra meat, but barely give a layer that just covers the rice. This isnt worth $11.83... if you ask for a... side of meat, they will charge you $3 and take your plate to give an illusion of adding more meat. Read more
Went in and there was one lady at the counter ordering, I was next behind her. While the curly headed young man was finishing up... with her another man walked in and stood beside me. The cashier then asked the man if he had called in an order (or online,don't remember) and he said yes. The cashier then waited on him and left me standing there. I left and went to Yoshinoya acrossthe parking lot. Done with that Waba. When a business treats me poorly, I lose but I don't go back so they lose too, over andover.
