One of my favorite places... great ambiance, inside or outside along the canal leading into Oneida Lake. A nice menu with a... variety of Italian, seafood and American dishes. A can't miss dining experience. And, you can arrive by boat if you're luckyenough to have one. ???????? Read more
My boyfriend and I went to on a date night, for the first time in 2 years, only to be disappointed. It was 7:30 pm, so the... restaurant was winding down from the dinner rush, it took 15 minutes to be seated. It took a few minutes for our waiter to comeonce we we're seated, when the waiter got there we ordered drinks, when our drinks arrived we told him we would like to orderappetizers to start with. The appetizers came and we ate them.We saw our waiter walk by us several times, thinking that at anyminute he would stop and see if we were ready to order or at least check on us, not once did he even make eye contact, hard todo considering we were sitting in a high boy chair. Finally, after about 30 plus minutes I stopped him and asked him if we couldorder now, which at this point he rolls his eyes and said "what, I thought you were done?" If this was the case why were we notgiven the bill at some point or at least checked on, plus why did he leave the menus with us, which we had been clearly lookingat? Had I not have made contact with him first, he would never have reached out to us. I have been a waitress and know how totreat customers, he was unprofessional. I am not the type of person to dish out negative reviews. I had to wait this long towrite this because I did not want to be as mad as I was. I suffer from agoraphobia, so for me to even leave my house was ahuge deal for me!!! This ruined my night. Read more
