Very disappointed stopped to buy three Dilly Bars for a family in Bentley that have Covid saved the cashier if she could put... them in a container with some ice she had the check with the manager!! Manager came and said "sorry we don't have enough so goto Walmart and buy a bag" !!! Came yesterday for quick supper to escape the storm, ordered a chicken strip basket and a burger meal. We waited for a few... minutes in silence at the intercom for somebody to take our order, which they only did once we asked if anybody was even there.We proceeded to wait another 10 minutes at the drive thru window, where there were probably around 6 or 7 staff members behindthe counter just standing and staring at the screen. They need to pay more attention to order instructions. This is the second time I received an incorrect/incomplete order. I... received a wrong drink, I asked if ketchup was in the bag before I drove off at the drive through, they said yes, I got home andthere was no ketchup. I should have gotten 4 sundae coupons, they put only 3 on the bag (I paid for 4) All these errors in oneorder is not normal, please pay more attention.
