Disgusting. By far, the worst meal I've ever had. Tortilla soup tasted like dishwater. I usually would give a venue another... chance, but not this one. They should lose the franchise. Read more

Food was very cold , items were missing , soup had no salt and tasted like water. The cheese on my bacon cheese pocket wasn't... even melted. My mango smoothie was white and warm . definitely would not recommend the Sylvan lake location to anyone . Read more

My girlfriend and I think that this is by far the worst freshii location in the province. Of all five items we ordered, we were... extremely disappointed with each one of them sorry but we will never visit the Sylvan location again Read more

Went to this location for lunch. I got a classic salad bowl with chicken. The food was not good at all. The chicken was cold... (almost frozen) and hard. The amount I got in my bowl for the price was terrible. If I stayed and ate there I would of taken itback. Will never go back to the is location again. Read more

I normally love Freshii, but this location did not provide to my expectations at all. I made a custom bowl that included cold... protein, hard rice and was well below expectations. Read more

Menu looked great, would have loved to eat here but your Google business hours are wrong and it was closed at lunch time.

My experience here was lukewarm. Initially I was thrilled because they sold kombucha, which I'd been hankering for for a couple... days. Never having been in before I spent a few minutes looking at the options, which seemed to confuse the person working. Iselected a wrap with tomatoes and carrots and romaine and blue cheese. I added chicken and took off celery. The guy disappearedinto the back to make it, which put me off a bit because it seemed like the counters in the front space were unusually messy, and made me wonder what the back looked like. I've worked service jobs, and it's really bad form to leave your work space somessy. He came back with the wrap all finished and seemed surprised when I wanted to take it to eat out. Then he said 'come backif you don't like it and I'll make you a new one,' which is one of the strangest things a restaurant has ever said to me. Like, was there something wrong with it? So I took it across the street to the park and it turned out to be totally fine. There waslots of chicken, the veggies were crunchy, just what I wanted. My one complaint about the wrap itself would be that the bluecheese needed to be crumbled into MUCH smaller pieces and distributed throughout the wrap. As it was, it was in huge clumpsclustered together in the middle of the wrap, which was completely overpowering and nearly put me off my dinner halfway through.I picked most of it out so I would actually be able to taste the veggies. With blue cheese a little goes a long way. Overall, not a negative experience, just a little strange and tasting a little too strongly of dirty feet. --Also, there's a typo intheir sandwich board! Got to get that fixed, very embarrassing. Read more
