Food is fine, about what you?d expect from a McDonald?s. Staff seems friendly enough. My issue is that they often don?t run 24... hours, with little to no rhyme or reason when they are closed at night as the nights they are closed change a lot. If you dohappen to go after 10 pm, they seem to pick and choose items that are left off the menu (been told several times it?s companypolicy to not serve decaf after 10 pm, though other locations do it no problem), or not give you the right order. Machines seemto be consistently down at night, or there is a half hour wait for food while they are ?changing things over?, lately they?vejust been closed entirely. If you are not going to be 24 hours change your hours, or at-least post some sort of signage at thelocation if it?s temporary due to staffing or something. Read more
I got there 20 minutes before they closed and both drive thru lanes were closed already. The back door was open and I could see... staff inside, so I asked if they were closed early tonight and without responding, they just closed the door on me. At leasthave the courtesy to respond if you just don't feel like helping me because I'm there 20 minutes before close. Read more
FLIES LITERALLY EVERYWHERE!! Absolutely disgusting there were flies everywhere in the kitchen and landing on food. The drive... thru takes forever to get your order, inside isn?t much better. Read more
Worst McDonald's in Alberta, closed for an hour on a Saturday night. Quality 24 hours service. Not to mention that the day... before my wife recieved ONE chicken nugget in a kids nugget meal and a god awful mess that they tried to pass off as a bigMac Probably lost 40 customers in the time I've sat out here waiting for them to open drive through. Ordered 2 quarter pounders last night and unfortunately ours were missing pickles, onions, and mustard. So the burger was really... basic which was disappointing. The staff were friendly, however drive thru was quite slow. Read more
Jaylee ! One of the most friendliest staff members McDonald?s has in Sylvan Lake ! Great customer service, she made a wicked... tasting fresh coffee and offered to make 2 fresh hash browns as breakfast was almost over and they were sold out. She chattedand kept great conversation while I waited. For someone with anxiety this can be a huge relief to have a conversation whilewaiting. Manager on shift was also great, very friendly with customers and her staff ! First time I have seen a McDonald?smanager lead there team in a positive matter. The Younger guy working even acknowledged the floors could use attention andoffered to mop store entrance with it being quiet. Great Initiative. Very clean store as well. 5 stars. Experience was so greatit made me miss living in Sylvan Lake. Give this location a huge recognition and a gift card, they deserve it for how theyrepresent your franchise !! Read more
Usually good but asked for just cheese and ketchup and got onions on my son's cheeseburger Happy meal and I got bacon on my egg... McMuffin. I assumed they got it right this time seeing that the paper taped to it said No Back Bacon. I feel rushed and almostrude if I check it all before driving away.
