Phoned to make reservations on this rainy day for 6 adults and was told to come by at 7 pm. When we arrived, our party was told... that "the guy got sick and left" and that they were closing up for the night. Only one guy working between bowling and pizza hut. Couldn't get a Pepsi or help, took ages to get shoes and they had no loonies... for the arcade games. Run down. Read more
Poor service, poor management and no organization. The bowling alley itself is in terrible condition. It use to be a great place... to go, but lack of management and business knowledge has made the place continue to go down hill. Highly recommend HeritageLanes in Red Deer instead. Read more
When I went to go bowling an hour before it closed. I was denied service because he was not in the mood to put my group names in... the machine and give us our shoes. Extremely upset with our service and would not go back again. Read more
Literally the worst service, you have to go looking for someone and literally leave the bowling alley and go over to Pizza Hut... to get helped. Every single round you need to click the button to have your pins fixed. And when you do find staff, they?reincredibly rude. Go to Heritage Lanes Red Deer. Wanted to play a game of pool, after paying we waited 45 minutes while the only worker there chilled in the office. He came out... and served other people. We asked for a refund and he refused to give it. He then handed us the balls when it was way to late toplay. We left immediately after he denied our money back. Scoring animations were super fun but we had zero service. Got our first drink when we arrived then the server was gone the... whole hour. They're connected to a pizza place so I think he may of been the cook, but when you have to pay $40 p/p for a rapidtest to go out, you hope to have some service. Before we started he said push the help button if we needed anything, so we usedit, and still no service ????. Makes it hard to support local. Read more
The bathroom was so nasty. The handicapped bathroom was Clogged and there was no toilet paper in the one I was able to use ... At least put up an out of order sign and replenish toiletries For a place not so busy it should be kept up or hire someone toserve us.
