Staff and crew work HARD to provide good service and tasty food even tho short handed times...
Good food. But count your nuggets. Both 10 pieces only had 9 nuggets LOL
Worst customer service ever. Food was never placed in the bag. I got home, and my food was in the bag. I went back and waited in... line. "Sorry we forgot." Tina the manager at about 2:45 pm me and my sister had two separate orders so my sister went inside and Tina refused to take my... sister order her excuse was she was to busy at the moment. Then I ordered a large mocha frappe and she gave me it but withCarmel on top and got real ignorent when I said I'm allergic.. she remade it but dumped it in another cup and scraped the Carmeloff and reused it... Had a very pleasant experience in the drive thru. The employee that handed me my food was friendly. Food was good and hot!
They will not give you a refill. I had to buy a second drink on the way out. I have never even heard of doing that at a fast... food place in 30 years. I will never be back. Read more
Sat in the line for 20-30 minutes unable to move my car while I waited for food. The cops had to drive to the drive-thru window... 3 or 4 times before they were finally able to have either the customer or employee move/get to the next customer. Oddexperience. They got our order right and the food was still warm, so not all bad. Read more
