I had the worst ever experience there. I was treated so rudely and then found a very purposeful hair left on my incorrectly... prepared food. They went out of their way to bully me without any provocation. I've never experienced anything like this in mylife, and as a former food service worker have nothing for respect for the hard work and rude customers that they endure. Weird I thought I already left a review. I?ve gone twice this month and somehow, this is the only Taco Bell getting it right.... Both times the meat had good flavor and texture (beef and chicken), meat was hot, Mexican pizza shell super crispy, lettuce wasfresh. I?ve gone to two other Taco Bell?s (Waterford and another one down in, I think it was Grand Blanc)? and the meat at bothwas lukewarm, chewy, and didn?t taste good. Mexican pizza shell also was no where near as crispy. Idk why this is the onlyTaco Bell with decent food anymore, but I?m glad it?s just 10 min from me and open til 2 AM. Waited for 10 minutes and could not even get a please wait. So I went inside and she had said only the two of them were there. I... understand that you had one person inside while I was waiting for ten minutes. Then she wanted me to use the kiosk and so I leftas I had said I had waited ten minutes and she was a touch rude. Absolutely disgraceful. Our doordash driver didn't deliver our first order. Only drinks. Contacted doordash and reordered. This... suckhole location put both order recipes on the same bag over 30 minutes apart apart from each other and sent over hour oldfood. Food came about 25 minutes after the 2nd order. Customer service is disgusting, I payed for a taco shell? Are you kidding me? And then I call to complain and "that's how it's... supposed to be made" absolutely not true. I got no help, the manager was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful, she was actually ratherargumentative and extremely unprofessional. I keep trying to give this location another chance but I guess you guys just don'tdeserve the business that you have, considering you disrespect them when they call with a concern. It's 11pm at night, I paid 15dollars for taco shells, so hooray, this is what I get to eat after a stressful 8 hour shift. Save yourself some stress and saveyour money and just go somewhere else. It was a take out, Ordered 12 different items and 4 were missed, some extra drink was there. Everything so messed up. Chicken... Crunchwrap had beef and potatoes!! Sauces were missed as well?.Never had such poor experience at any Taco Bell before Read more
this store consistently will give you beef instead of beans when you order vegetarian options of meals. This happens probably... 10% of the time I come here. when I order a crunch wrap supreme vegetarian or vegetarian Mexican pizza, they always end upgiving me meat and I find out after driving home and then have to drive back. if you order vegetarian options, open up theitems and and confirm vegetarian before driving off.
