We came in for happy hour. Ordered pizza and a beer. The beer came out of the tap warm and she acted like it was no big deal but... eventually let me order a bottle of beer that was cold. The pizza came out with little flavor and and few toppings. Nothing likethe picture on the menu. Caprese salad was OK but the fresh mozzarella was not so fresh. When the bill came I was miss-chargedon multiple items on and the bartender never said she was sorry but corrected a couple of the items. If you’ve had goodItalian food before save your money. Appreciated a seat immediately in thr lounge without a reservation. Service was superb and the meal was exquisite. Salmon... Piccata was prepared very well. Wonderful experience. My chicken marsala smelled so good, I had all my family smell it before I digged in. Lol ???? ???? ???? It... was so delicious and filling ???? Environment is quite and good,... the complimentary bread was just okay, could be better as it was hard unlike the usual fresh soft bread. Sides (Ravioli) weretasty. Coming to main dish, chicken was saggy and not so good, while the pizza was good. We went to Ciao! for my birthday and it was amazing. The food was so yummy and the atmosphere was perfect. I was worried about... bringing my son (1 1/2 yr old) but it went so well. The wait staff even interacted with him to help. He LOVED the toastedravioli and the dipping sauces. Can't wait to go back. Read more
