Horrible customer service. One person holding up the drive thru to talk to her friend that came through. The guy running the... window didn't even look at me, not even when handing me my card. Was too preoccupied talking to another coworker who was on herphone rather than helping with the long line I had just sat through. All of this while the manager was leaning against the wallnearby listening to them talk and joke around. Embarrassing leadership there. Read more
Butter pecan iced latte is pretty addictive, only gripe is the parking lot is pretty tiny and you end up stuck in the road... sometimes. Wish they'd just remove the divider between them and the parking lot next door so the line could spread that way. Read more
